Perfectly positioned...

...to catch the afternoon light...and also the only place in the flat where you can see pretty much everything except the bedrooms. 
The morning began with washing for the homeless, then an unexpected coffee in San Antonio with one of the team there. 
Danny had prison this afternoon/evening so the kids and I pottered around at home...they applied lipstick to my face (not just mouth) quite liberally - Nate was loving it!
Finished the day off with a Skype to a good friend, and have come away with another book recommendation, ha! 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A stroll along the beautiful sunset strip in San Antonio...crashing waves, good conversation, a friend...wonderful.
2) Little moments of beauty that lift you.
3) Dettol.
