Walking Wonder

At 19 months old (!!!), Nate finally took his first solo steps this morning! Hooray! He's still full of cold, so Danny and Asha headed off to church alone and Nate and I had a quiet morning in. Though after his nap and bath we went to Nude to see Juliette and Amanda and show off Nate's new walking skills!
Took our lunch down to the rocks (have posted an extra)...we've not been here much since we moved, and yet it used to feel like our back garden!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Nate walking, and clearly feeling so proud of himself!
2) Seeing Nate and Asha loving pottering round the rocks - it's a special place for us. 
3) Those brave souls who fought and died for us...I can't imagine what that era of life must have been like.
