Remembrance Day

While SWMBO joined Bags and The Cygnet at an organised church ceremony I went and dropped off the advertising boards and electrics before going to collect some wood from Chicken Lady.
But before going to her house I had a quite couple of minutes to myself at the remembrance benches near her house (other pictures in the extras box).
I also cleaned the bird deposits off the benches - it will save somebody else having to do it when there is a small ceremony there this evening.

After coffee and a decent chat I left with a couple of lengths of freshly cut eucalyptus.

Now just sitting watching the Grand Prix, thinking of having a wee dram and waiting on the take-away being deliviered.
