For many this is just another Sunday, just like any other but fortunately there are still many who remember.

When off to church today, as well as wearing my poppy pins, I have on my flag scarf and my shoes that have red flowers that look like poppies.

Today I am thankful for my great-grandmother’s cousin, Andrew Harcus from Westray, who at age 26, gave his life in WWI
