'Last Nights Moon.....'!

On yesterday's Blip I mentioned how beautiful a Moon we had last night.....it was so bright it was unbelievable......
I also said that later in the night my daughter would point out the different planets and stars......
So....at about 12.35am we headed out with coats over dressing gowns......and her camera.....
It was amazing...she set up her camera and I took this photo of the Moon.....
it is so clear you can see the mountains and lakes.... see here for what they're called......
It is sooo interesting.....looked so good last night it would make me want to go there!!.....never fancied 'Space Travel' before but the more my daughter explains about the night sky.....I imagine it would be great to see them close-up!!!!!
Kitty didn't join us for this late excursion.....he was asleep in his bed.....and this morning when we asked him why he didn't join us.....he told us we were mad to be out in the cold that late at night........!Meow to all his friends today tho'...!
He's asleep on the chair .."too cold to go out"! he says....!
We're hoping for an even better Moon tonight as it is veeeery cold and cleaar today!
