Settle down

A relatively quiet day in the 24/7/365 clustersh*tshow that is world politics. No government minister resigned, or said something so dense that you wanted to check if it was actually Sacha Baron Cohen in particularly impressive disguise. Sure, Jezza made it clear, yet again that he is wetting himself at the prospect of Brexit, as it is what he has always wanted, but which he will get no blame for - but that is no surprise to anyone who isn’t still deluding themselves that he is ‘playing a long game’.

There was Trump openly claiming that there is widespread electoral fraud going on in a number of tight elections - which would be a rare example of him saying something true if he was talking about Republican gerrymandering and voter suppression, but he isn’t; he’s just being a loudmouthed, graceless, mendacious orange sex pest again. So nothing new.

But Newcastle won a second game in a row, so I don’t care about anything else.
