Falling apart at the seams

Today in the Democratic Republic of Brexitania we had the excitement of a 2nd Johnson brother resigning over the current state of play, although from the opposite perspective.

If I believed in conspiracy theories I would suspect that the main players on both sides are secretly united on the fact that Brexit is a disaster (maybe they haven’t let Jacob in on the secret) and are all coordinating their activity to ensure that it fails and we can go back to normal. The leavers can blame the EU and further their careers by nursing a bogus grievance about it for decades, but nobody will risk the gravy train by putting any of it to a vote again.

I don’t though. I think they are all genuinely this useless.
