Busy week at work. Looks like I will be going to Vietnam for a week in December. Hmmm...
some last minute drop-outs meant that we couldn’t play football today so went for a run after work. In the dark. This is a reflective running top that M got me for a recent birthday... could;t fund a head torch but the path along the river was just about visible!
