Looking North

I very rarely go to the 4th floor of the Civic.

I can report that the clock is accurate. And that the heavy rain had moved north at this point. People in Bury and Bolton would be getting very wet.

I like these sort of wild skies, at least when the rain is distant. Not that it stayed that way for long.
