Its the Way It Is

Grafters

by the interesting Colin Jones (ballet dancer turned supreme docu photographer).

He photographed the workers of industrial post war Britain.

The photos are gritty and honest.

It’s been raining heavily in Dublin for 36 hours and it’s still coming down this morning. I am in the coffee shop on the sea front with my coffee, choc snack (tsk), my own cup and wooden spoon which I bring everywhere with me.

Grafters was bought in a huge secondhand book shop in Dublin called Chapters. Who doesn’t love secondhand books!

I am a bit behind with comments as long working days at the moment. So thank you to givers of stars and hearts - I am grateful.
