A fuzzy stag.

We are on glorious Exmoor! I just adore this part of the South West. In winter there is nothing like it. The colours are just stunning and wild life is every where. As we travelled to see out great friends the W’s we headed over the moor near Simonsbath. We were lucky enough to see a lovely stag and two hinds out for an evening stroll on the skyline! My camera is not really performing very well so this is a bit fuzzy!

As we continues our journey at dusk we then saw two owls and a lot of bats before arriving at our destination.

As always a warm welcome awaited us and a good strong cup of tea. After a good catch up on live the universe and everything we then had a very delicious supper and perhaps a little too much wine!!
