Operation Christmas Child

For the last couple of years Jamie has funded and filled a couple of shoeboxes to be sent to children around the world who do not have the many privileges that we enjoy in wealthy Britain.  This year he offered to organise an event at church, a 'Packing Party' with a shared lunch, in the hope of filling more boxes.   A good number of folk, young and old joined in.  Here you see him and some of the gifts brought along.  In the extra pic Jamie and some of the 40+ boxes that were filled.  With minimum input from Jacinta and myself, he's done most of the planning and organising himself and he ran the event today.  Proud parents moment :-)
