Sunday Market

There were few Sunday shoppers taking to the open air market in Romsey today, or at least while I was there.
Mind you, although not actually raining at that time, the weather was not over kind, and at least one stall holder was preparing to pack up for the day when I arrived.
Still, I did get what I went for. . . . Winkles! Not to everyone’s taste I appreciate, but this evening I’ve settled own with bowl at hand, and a pin at the ready to extract them from their tiny shells.
