Two Little Maids!

Trudging up Buchanan Street this morning, battling against the rain I spotted these two 'young' ladies some way ahead so I picked up speed till I was within speaking range and asked them if I might take their photo .... as you can see they were very willing to pose. Their parasols reminded me of the little umbrellas you sometimes get in a long, cool drink.

They were heading towards the Concert Hall where there was some kind of a 'comic' do. I did see one or two other folk in character gear but they were just too far away.

After yesterday's beautiful weather it has been really awful today .... wild, windy and wet :-((
