Pokerstars & Peeping Toms

When I got home from my Basketball game I noticed that my father was on the computer in the garage playing Pokerstars (he can't get enough of that game!). However I also noticed that the neighbour across the road was watching him play from the window (in the top left corner) so I wanted to capture that moment however the peeping tom decided to disappear when I was framing the shot...shame really cause it would have turned out well I reckon!
What are your opinions with this shot?
