Masterclass

Last day of October and there's definitely no encouragement of Halloween going on here!

We met up with Jessica in the evening - first the first time since she got back. The Sheraton hotel we love going to have started offering a free cooking masterclass in their Indian restaurant every Wednesday, so I booked Jessica and Geraldine in. At the last minute, I joined in as well (see extra).

Chef Joseph Johannson was fantastic and showed how they prepared three of their offerings - two starters and one main course item which just happened to be butter chicken. The mix of spices is phenomenal, and the taste, top notch. This was a Michelin star restaurant a couple of years ago!

Dinner followed and we chatted for ages. It's been a great evening. Oh, and we started by having a drink in Vivaldi's lounge that overlooks the Creek. 6pm, and it is already dark here.
