The park, 10am. Four inches of snow has fallen overnight, our first proper snowfall of the winter.

Did I mention that late in December I had to intercept an elderly lady who was about to post her cards in here?

Off to Edinburgh now on dubious roads (Mr GB is just back from dog kennel run, and reports passing the X26 express city service languishing in a ditch). First, to gather up daughters and then, runways permitting, to fly to London for the long weekend. Twelfth Night, the Derek Jacobi one, tomorrow night. Hugely looking forward to that. Will backblip on Monday....
