It’s a Set Up!!

Almost two years to the day, in fact on the 31st of October 2016 CCN and I called in to view the Rhodo Art Show at the Blackheath Community Hall.

Out two friends Marg and Kath were happy to have their photo taken for my blip and today when I called in again there was Kath but no Marg. Instead it was our great mate Bob sitting in the chair. I was really keen to take a photo of them both for my blip and they happily obliged. I then scrolled back and showed Kath her image on blip from two years ago expressing my disappointment that Bob wasn’t knitting as well. We can soon fix that said Bob and fossicked under the table to find Marg’s knitting she had left there ready for her next shift. As you can see, Bob is a bit of a deft hand and he proudly informed me that he had learnt to knit at school when the school children all knew how to knit and used to knit scarves and gloves for the troops in the Second World War. So another photo was taken and I think it’s a cracker shot of the pair of them.

Kath ended up having the last word on the subject - “You’d better make sure you don’t drop a stitch Bob, Marg will not be happy” :))
