Waratahs Week 5

This is the fifth week now that I have taken an image of the six Waratahs that are in flower outside our living room at Wombat Hollow. This week they have really been at their best and I think it's about time we let the birds do what they would do naturally if we didn't interfere with the netting. It will be interesting to see the state they are in by next Sunday.

We have our Photo Club again tomorrow morning in Blackheath. CCN and I have both submitted our Landscape images and it will be interesting to hear what our fellow club members think about them. We're learning a lot and most of all we are finding it very motivating and inspirational. There are some very knowledgeable people in the group and I'm sure you would all know who they are. It's great to know that once a fortnight they are willing to share their skills with all of us.
