A walk along the canal.
I visited Joyce this morning with a few items for their Church food bank.
They heard about the work in the Midlands to feed people in need and the Trysell Trust.
Food banks are quite widespread and Tesco are contributing to them in some areas.
On my way back home, I walked along the tow path of the Leeds and Liverpool canal and blipped these scenes. The middle top photo is Pendle Hill but it was looking a bit misty up there.
There were a few Canada Geese, moorhens and mallards but no sign of the swans this morning.
The Stepping Out group of walkers were low in number as they rounded the corner of High Street bridge. A few were carrying walking sticks and Nordic walking poles. All were dressed for the Wintry weather.
I hope they completed their walk before the rain descended!
Arthur is not sure what to make of his new timed portion food bowl.
We have put prawns in his usual dish, and chicken pieces in the black and yellow timed bowl, but he keeps looking at it with uncertainty.
Have a good week blippers!
