Red Rose

We've had a wee wee bit of rain (like 1ml!) this afternoon, but it was enough to dampen the dust on the alleyways on the farm. It is still 17.6 degrees, so rather warm and muggy.

I took this photo of one of our roses after the rain. It is a beautiful rich coloured rose - the rain drops on it look a bit like sugar - but I can assure you it is water! This rose has a wonderful rich perfume to it, and looks fabulous with a bit of gypsophila.

Many thanks for everyone comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's blip of my Canary. It made it to the front page of spotlight, where it stayed most of the day.
