Concentration

Ellen is preparing for an Open Studios event this weekend.  This involves a great deal of tidying and it is a myth that artists studios need to be chaotic, especially when members of the public are wandering around.  She will have some works in progress on display over the weekend.  One of these is a figure of our grandson, Torran.  She doesn’t do a lot of modeling so it is a significant challenge for her.  But then all great artists seek out challenges!  But she will not be taking commissions from anyone, this is very much a labour of love.
