Dolly and Kiki at the vet

We had Kiki up at the vet for a two week post-op check! Her ear is healing really well, Ingeborg seems pleased with it, as are we! The bit of skin that looked to be a bit damaged seems to be doing okay too, which is good news! It looks like there is fresh new skin underneath, which will mean she won't need any fiddling to cover it! We discussed the vaccine with Ingeborg, it's a difficult one! Lewis isn't for it, I am more in favour but still undecided! The choice to put her through an unlicensed, potentially ineffective treatment that requires her to be sedated ever two weeks is not nice! I just hate the thought of not doing everything I can for her, especially after all she's been through!
