Dolly at Wat Chedi Luang

Quiet start to our day, we chilled out for a bit in the house catching up on some much needed rest! Stef and I went out to the Sunday market in the evening, it is a huge market that runs from one end of the walled city to the other! It is incredibly busy and there is a lot to take in, but it is definitely worth a visit, especially for the various food stalls dotted around! We managed to get away from the busyness for a bit by visiting Wat Chedi Leung, a temple in the old city! It was really beautiful, I loved this older part that apparently dates from the 14th century, but there were so many beautiful things around the temple grounds! We got a tuk-tuk back to where we'd parked the car on the way home, we could have walked, but it was more fun that way!
