Skull & Crossbones ????

Whilst waiting for the level crossing today my husband noticed this gravestone in the churchyard. I don't know what it looked like new, but it's quite creepy now. I'll have to go back one day to see what it says on the stone. My daughter reckons that a pirate is buried there, but unless he was a pirate on the Thames I doubt it.

Quiet afternoon, husband is replacing some of the woodwork in the bathroom, son on the X-box, daughter revising and I'm meant to be doing the laundry :)
