Curious
It was another grey and rainy day in Denver today. I only had one thing arranged so I had time for a large and leisurely breakfast near the hotel. My appointment was a casual business meeting and we met up for coffee at The Market where I had briefly visited last evening (see yesterday’s blip).
That done I walked a different route back to the hotel and passed this Bear - an art installation from 2005 called ‘I See What You Mean’ - otherwise known as Denver’s Big Blue Bear. He is 40 ft (over 12 metres) high, and is seen peering into Denver’s Colorado Convention Center. He’s quickly become an iconic symbol of Denver and he’s popular with the residents and tourists alike. I like him!
