75 minute deep tissue massage, body felt awesome afterwards. Met Deb in town for a cuppa, did some shopping and the headed to Waitrose.

Meanwhile, Deb's husband Phil came around and mended the kennel. Bloody superstar! Seriously, I don't know what I would have done without him as it was totally out of use and the girls were stuck in the house. I've bought him a pressie to say a huge thank you!

Spent the afternoon on the jobs list and now I'm cooking fresh, raw mega massive prawns with veggies. My favourite crap tv and a night of rest. Yippee!x
