Yew Tree Tarn

What a difference a day makes, the calm after the storm.Then a band of cloud gave way to blue sky.
A nice steady walk today and my Sacroiliac joint (which has been the source of my back pain) was fine. We took Yew Tarn, Tarn Hows and the north end of Coniston. Our youngest, Dan and Lotty who are staying with us did the Great and Little Langdale circle. We got back about the same time, a quick rest then out to The Three Shires for a lovely meal.
Extras include a few autumnal scenes and then Monks Coniston pier underwater after yesterdays rain.
