Morning Glory

The best of the day was going to be the morning so after watching a few overs of cricket and England threaten to fold after 2 quick wickets I headed out for an early steady run with L her 2 running buddies and Summer the Springer Spaniel. A steady run for me up the other side of the moor to Middleton. It was a bit nippy with plenty frost, mistiness, and wet underfoot.
The light squinting through the mist obliquely gave things a wintery feel.
So about 90mins running and back home to find the England boys still 2 wickets down and a lot more runs on the board out in India, this is shaping up to be a great test match, test match cricket is simply the best form of the game, first session tomorrow feels pivotal and it might even get me out of bed at 4am hoping for some more morning glory from Cookie and Peiterson.
