Chess

They have a gigantic chess board in the grounds of the hotel we're staying in. Ethan has been desperate to play with it, so today hubbie and I tried to teach him the basics. Not entirely sure it all sunk in as there was a lot of cheating going on moves wise. Looks like Grandpa will have to give him some more chess lessons when we get back home!

Today is Thanksgiving in the USA and our American cousins had booked some tables for 20 family members to have a Thanksgiving dinner in the hotel. The Mexicans don't quite seem to have got the concept right though with either the menu or the entertainment and I don't think anyone was overly impressed with either. At least the company was good though!
