A fine collection

Late yesterday things took a turn for the worse and this morning I ended up at the doc.

Tomorrow I might get the script for antibiotics and add it to my assortment of drugs and other symptom relief. For sinusitis the evidence is better for nasal spray and sinus nose pipes than it is for antibiotics. I have panadol and ibuprofen for Africa now. Oh and cough medicine and steam inhalation which I hate.

All that shuffling to get to the doc and pharmacy wore me out and I had a decent nana-nap.

Today's gratitude: Cousin Bruce and wife Sandra stay tonight. That will inject some fun into my misery.
