Carrick Roads

A splendid day of sailing from 10am to 4pm in good company. The weather was glorious but no wind which meant our plan to get to Helford failed miserably and we mostly just drifted about in the Carrick Roads.

We popped into Falmouth to see the boat known as Albatross and as we headed back to Mylor, the wind picked up slightly and the mackerel started biting!

Doesn’t really feel like October!
