Buy a mac for the Education we're already screwing

The picture above is a recent advert by 'Apple' for students going to College or university, the picture is directly linked to cooperate crime and how Apple's hypocrisy is used to sell their products.

"Apple (according to Sunday Times research) is estimated to have dodged £570m tax last year" -Michael Meacher, 15/10/12, online blog.

According to recent headlines huge business, Apple, Google, Starbucks to name a few are only paying 2.5% of tax in the UK rather than the 26% in tax liabilities, Last year it is estimated Apple managed to dodge £570 Million while only a mere £14.4m was paid.

"Universities will fare the next worst with a 40% cut, although this will be offset by higher tuition fees of up to £9,000. The education of 16 to 19-year-olds and the under-fives will each suffer a 20% funding fall in real terms, the study found."
-Jessica Shepherd, education correspondent, 24/10/2011, online report.

Through the use of high priced accountants Apple has avoided paying the correct, moral tax, forcing budget cuts to the education system, which in turn will cost £9000 per student which in tern means many people wouldn't be able to afford a higher education.
The economic harm caused by companies not paying the correct amount of tax is ridiculously high with around as of 2010/11 13.5 million (22%) adults living in poverty and 3.8million children living in relative poverty.

These figures show just how much public sector spending cuts have affected the UK and can be linked directly to companies fiddling of their tax.

Apple and other various companies will be able to keep doing this unless the law in which tax is taken from companies is changed, they will be able to consistently, legally avoid paying the correct amount of tax through offshore accounts by hiring high priced accountants.
