Heere be Dragones

There is a great deal of messing about on the river here in Besancon: pleasure craft, sight-seeing cruises, canoeists, kayakers, and dragon boats!

So far, I am liking this city. It has a relaxed holiday air about it but to be honest all that we have done so far us to walk the perimeter of the "island" centre. Going within the wall this evening for a curry.
