Dilemnas .....

I think it's going to be a long winter with boring indoor blips hard to find.

So - first in a series of my favourite things. This was a present a couple of years ago from someone I functionally worked for. He handled a situation very badly, and my Boss gave him a few home truths. he acknowledged he could have done better and when he asked what he should do to try and make amends, my Boss said that he should buy me a very nice bottle of whisky.

There's nice and there's very nice - and 300 Euros was way above anything else I had ever had! So, the dilemna is - do I drink it?, or do I savour it? (and just sniff it every now and again!). I do not think that realistically I will ever have another bottle like this (more's the pity). But it does beg the question - how much money do you need to have in order to be able to drink whisky like this all of the time?

And would you cease to appreciate it?
