New technology

I succumbed. Today I bought a Fitbit and have spent hours trying to set it up. It doesn’t register I have just done half an hour of hard exercise on the bike and rowing machine, I’m not sure what I am doing wrong.

Last night we had three grandsons to stay. Charlie hasn’t been here for the night and was a bit upset at tea time but he settled and slept pretty well. Max and Oscar were great. That left just Elijah with his Mum and Dad who hopefully had a well deserved break from the constant demands of kids. Gee, I don’t know how I did it year after year.

Good news is we are getting some nice rain. Some towns out west haven’t had a decent fall of rain since 2016.
