Da Eid Lifeboat in Scalloway

A calm day, but fairly dull.  The showers started in the late afternoon, and continued this evening. 

I've been off work today, and been taking plenty of medicine.  Think the medicine is working, feeling better this evening.  So it's been a quiet day about the house, with Netflix and rubbish daytime telly.  Kept warm by the fire, and it's still roaring tonight.  

Various breaks in between the tv shows gave me moments to stare out of the sitting room window.  There's always something happening, the birds feeding, small boats zooming about the harbour, fishing boats steaming in and out, even the odd oil supply boat.  Today I saw for the first time, the Aith lifeboat.  She's been down here to get some work or cleaning done at Moore's slip.  The bright orange cheered me up :)  Taken from Houl Road, looking to the Scalloway harbour.
