We love our animals...

... more than we love ourselves.

Ian took me to St John in Smithfield for my birthday.

We agreed on it because they are incredibly dog friendly. They lavished attention on Suki and gave him two marrow bones which he spent the night hoovering up.

I had an amazing dish of salt beef with chicory and anchovy dressing. It was a bit like a beefy Caesar salad.
