I'll be Riding Shotgun

Sometimes I am an utter idiot. 

"Shotgun".  Is the shout.  Then "You did Shotgun yesterday, it's your sisters turn today". 

Today, I saw "Shotgun"; the orginal shotgun.    Wells Fargo History Museum was a little font of information.  Wow.  18 People fitted in these carriages. Can you imagine? 

There were three rows of seats inside - two upfront. The driver and SHOTGUN!  three behind them - three at the back and one hanging off the back.   There was a funny little display - a minature carriage and 9 dolls "demonstrate how to fit 18 people into the carraige.  And someone had just taken them all and stuffed them into the inside. :-)

Charlotte is a beautiful city - still building, still growing.  Massive tall buildings growing in a little space, and ye olde worlde still existing alongside.
