Rainy day activities!

We knew today was going to be dismal weather,  so we opted to stay put in this lovely campground. 
We're spending the day listening to music, reading,  and in Al's case writing!
Many times he writes stories of our travels...magnifying little events into humorous yarns....here he's using his notes on his phone to get caught up to today.
He inserts photos we've taken and we end up with a delightful storybook embellished with his "whimsical " sense of humor!
Who cares if it's raining???  Not us!!


Afternoon update:  the rain stopped so we ventured out to find Rock Island lighthouse (extra), saw the international bridge (second extra), and explored Grass Point state park.
