Nice walk and breakfast with friends.
I'm back to painting the upstairs floors. I did our bedroom, the bathroom, and part of the landing in June, then got side-tracked by the heat and by having a sister so sick with cancer.
She is still putting up the big fight, and I'm back to paint fumes. It's such a great time for a good audio book. I'm listening to "Something in the Water," by Catherine Steadman. An enjoyable thriller. I love listening to her voice.
The house is at the end of the next block, one I've photographed many times. I guess I'm taken by the stucco, not many stucco houses in this land of timber.
