West Canvey Marsh
We walk here most days - this place has been a real boon since it was opened to the public a couple of years ago. Bit on the chilly side today with a fresh wind but invigorating nevertheless. Only birds we saw today were gulls swooping and diving in the wind, just because they could, and the mandatory magpies who, although big and brave bully boys when with the smaller birds, are real scaredy-cats when it comes to us humans. We didn't actually go to any of the hides so not surprising that we didn't see much!
Back home for some lunch and more planning for our forthcoming Christmas holiday and impending house purchase. It's all go...
