One lap or two?

Over the moors to Littleborough for a 10k race that Mr P only entered on Thursday.
The race included two laps of Hollingworth Lake before a descent to the finish.
I walked one lap of the lake in the opposite direction and after seeing Mr P twice went back down to the run in to get a final shot of him.
He knocked 40 seconds off his personal best, which will move him up in the national rankings for his age group.
Also in the race was fellow blipper Robert (see extra) running his first race but you wouldn’t have guessed that looking at him.
We then went for a coffee and a bit of shopping before calling at Tim’s to drop off a birthday cake and presents for our grandson Freddy.
We have arranged to see them next Sunday after having to cancel today.
On arriving back in our village we decided to go in our local for Sunday lunch.
Was so pleased to see another of my photographs has been used by the pub, this time in the games room. It ‘s one l took when The Tour de Yorkshire cycled though the village last year.
