Doors Open Day
Headed along to see Granton Castle Walled Garden which is beside the Social Bite Village (pictured) They are little houses for the homeless. There are 20 houses and they get a year to live in them with support to find jobs, houses/flats.
The Walled Garden was huge. It has recently been handed over to the community; they are hoping to get more volunteers to help get the garden tidied and in a state for families to use for socialising.
The extra is how the castle looked in 1419.
Since then I have been in the flat. Doing nothing. And liked it! I am now trying to watch Keeping Faith to the end before iplayer pull it off at 10om. I may not make it , so will be asking how it ended!
