We have seen many interesting architectural features including stones high up on gable ends which would allow witches to rest! Some gardens still retain the old apple presses whereby a donkey would have walked round and round pulling the wheel enabling juice to be collected to make cider. Another very interesting feature was a door at the G NT Old Farm with two round stones with a hole to take a door post to which the doors were fixed. (Extra)
