I haven’t been well today, I think it’s the after effects of the bone graft for my dental implant and anaesthetic, I’m also on antibiotics too, I’ve had a headache pretty much all day.

How went for a walk and dropped Gullivers graphics folder off at school which he had forgotten. Got a few groceries, came home and made flapjacks and macaroni cheese and watched the Quincy Jones documentary with Gulliver.
