Wedding

Good to have a blip in the can early in the day. We’re going to a wedding tomorrow. We bought the card but Susan made the horseshoe as she has for a few weddings recently. It looks really good and I’m sure the bride will appreciate it.

Our trip to the gym was fraught by jams caused by a truck crashing at a junction, demolishing a wall and spilling diesel all over the road. We went a different way but it added quite a time to the journey.

I tried a mini triathlon, 1.8km swim, 11.2km cycle and 5k run. Very pleased with the distances and the times.

The traffic issues continued this afternoon as I went from garden centre to collect rugby shirts to farm shop and Aldi all in different parts of town and all around the time the schools were coming out.

I now have several kilograms of pickling onions to process to keep us in the fiery vegetable for the next 12 months.
