Taking In The View

Tess & I went for a walk at one of our regular haunts, Ham Hill, this morning and sat on this bench looking north across the whole of Somerset for a while. Someone had left this bunch of flowers, now long-faded, but there was no indication why.

We then walked round to the Prince of Wales pub and sat outside sharing a pork pie, pasty and a bowl of chips.

Got back in time to enjoy the climax of this afternoon's foursomes in the Ryder Cup. Fantastic golf from the European team. Chris text from the course at the end of the day to say he'd got no voice left and there are still two days to go!
