Max

Since retiring, I've taken up painting and drawing and whilst I'm not very good at a lot, I seem to be OK at animal paintings and drawings. This is one I completed today of my old cat Max, who died in Dec 2000. I miss him still (I had his ashes in my dining room until last year!!) and doing this drawing was very special. I hope to present this drawing to my brother who was Max's first Dad before being rehomed to my sister and then me, as a Christmas present. I took the photo after framing it which was silly as you get see the reflections!! Pastel is too fragile to un-frame just for a photo.
