The first loaf

Just bought a breadmaker from money received for my birthday (used Tesco Exchange to double up). I've had a breadmaker before but that was many years ago and I didn't have the time to use it as I was working. I gave that one to my mum and dad who wore it out. No excuses now as I'm retired and this was my first attempt at a loaf. Tried white as it's supposed to be easier and wanted easiest for my first attempt. It looks grim but tastes wonderful. I do hope this doesn't lead to a weight gain!
